LifeLead AI is not an insurance carrier and is not itself a licensed insurance producer. Insurance products are offered through licensed insurance professionals. Eligibility and account access
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Access to producer tools, the Lead Store, and the dialer is limited to registered users who maintain accurate and current account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Lead purchases, subscriptions, and billing
Producers may subscribe to a monthly plan or purchase individual leads. Subscription fees and per-lead prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Paid plans include a monthly lead quota; leads claimed beyond the quota are metered and billed per lead at the end of each billing cycle. All lead purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable, and the purchase process cannot be undone. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, appointment, or successful contact, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of lead information.
Producer licensing and compliance
Producers must hold active insurance licenses in each state where they solicit business and must comply with all applicable state insurance regulations, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and Do-Not-Call rules. LifeLead AI may suspend or terminate access for any producer who is unlicensed, whose license has lapsed, or who violates compliance requirements.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by scraping or exporting data without authorization, contacting leads outside of their consent or outside permitted calling hours, or circumventing compliance controls. Violations may result in immediate suspension of access.
Third-party services
The platform integrates with third-party services such as payment processing, calendar, and messaging providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third-party services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeLead AI and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your contact with leads, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
